Dr. CJ offers mixed billing for the services he provides.

He believes you and your family’s health is his priority, and he always keeps this in mind when determining the fees charged for the services he provides.

If you answer YES to one or more of the following questions, you will continue to be bulk billed for all consultations (Including Telehealth Consults).

Are you under 16 years old?

Is your healthcare covered by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs?

Do you hold a valid Commonwealth Pension or Health Care Card?

For everyone else, fees apply for all consultations (Including Telehealth Consults). Please contact the clinic for details.

Late Cancellation/Non-Attendance Fee

Dr. CJ requires a minimum of 2hrs’ notice for appointment changes. If that is not provided, or appointment is not attended, a nonattendance fee, which does not attract Medicare rebate will be charged. Please contact the clinic for details.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?

All patients will be asked to pay their accounts at Reception on the day of service. The preferred Payment method is EFTPOS. Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards are also accepted.
