Dr. CJ Okeleke provides services in all areas of general practice.

His special interests are Family Medicine, Preventative Care (including health assessment, health screenings, and immunisations), Occupational Health (including Pre-employment medicals and work injury management), Chronic Disease management, Mental health, Men’s Health & Children’s Health.

He offers face to face consultations as well as telehealth consultations (telephone and video consults).

Please note: Telehealth consults are only offered to regular patients of the practice.

He also provides home visits within working hours to selective patients who meet certain pre-determined eligibility criteria.

To qualify for home visit, a patient must be a regular patient of Dr. CJ, reside within 7 kms of the practice, and must meet at least 2 of the following 3 conditions: Immobile, Elderly, or unable to access the practice facilities due to disability.
